Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator legal name], individual entrepreneur, [Registered address], Kazakhstan (“we”), for the use of Seating Chart Maker. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Seating Chart Maker lets you build seating charts, seat guests automatically and print materials. The editor and auto-seat are free. Printing PDFs, cards, the venue plan, the catering list and the Find my seat page require a paid pass.

Your charts and your guests' data

You keep all rights to what you enter. You confirm you may share your guests' names and details with us for the purpose of planning the event, and you will not upload sensitive data that isn't needed (health details beyond dietary notes, for example). Keep your edit link private: anyone with it can edit the chart.

Passes and payment

• Event Pass: a one-time payment for one event. Paid features stay available until 12 months after the event date.
• Class Pass: a yearly subscription covering all classes of the buyer's account; it renews until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@example.com or via Paddle. After a refund, paid features are switched off.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's charts, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”. Please check printed materials before your event. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Ending

You can delete your charts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
